"We had a fantastic stay at De Trafford Hotel. Very friendly and smiling staff who give a warm welcome. The bar and lounge are cosy and a lovely area for food and drinks. The rooms are a bit worn, but everything works and is nice and clean. The bed comfort was good! I can highly recommend the hotel. The village was also nice with a small shopping street with supermarket and cafés. Easy to get to and from the airport and to manchester city by train in just 15 minutes."

"All was great, but I must say that the breakfast was not made that good. But it was a nice stay, and I would probably go here again. The dinner was OK, I had fish and chips. The fish was a bit overcooked, and the chips were good on the outside but dry on the inside. With slightly better food, this would be 5 stars for the price"

"Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. "

"Nice little hotel, conveniently near the airport. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Wall-to-wall carpets makes you feel a bit back in time, but it's nice and cozy. A bit weird with the elevator missing it's ground level button, so you have to walk down the stairs or call reception via a bell to get out. My suggestion would be to get it fixed."
