"Room is good, but bathroom need much needed maintenance. Shower curtain was missing. Health fauchet holder was about to break. Hot water was not coming or it was not hot at all. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed on sofa. We booked dinner and breakfast. Both was provided and food was good but nothing was buffet. We have to decide in few things and limited things are served. I was expecting atleast buffet breakfast.

Reception staff not very supportive, charged Inr 4000 for one room which was requested just for 1 hr for feeding toddler, also charged INR 13000 for dinner and gave zero discount when requested. Though hotel is good but not value for money. You can easily afford 5 star hotel in the same amount. "

When I arrived to the hotel one employee on the reception desk was no so much kind. He told me he doesn't have my reservation number. His attitude was no friendly.
