Newly Remodeled Downtown Gatlinburg Condo!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Keyless Entry, 2 Bed/2 Bath, 1200 Sqft 4th floor condo
Free parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the units. It is not assigned. However the HOA has requested that all guests have the provided parking passes visible in the front window of vehicles while on property. These are located inside the unit. Enjoy the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains in Downtown Gatlinburg! We are approximately 500ft from the main parkway. Park your car once and walk to all of downtown. *** Please Note: The elevator in the Quality Inn tower, which typically provides access from our parking lot to the main street level, is currently out of service. At this time, the only way to reach our building is via our driveway, which can be accessed by vehicle or on foot. Please be aware that the walk may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.***

Clean well kept condo on the fourth floor with all the amenities one would need for a pleasant stay. Park at the condo and walk to the strip and restaurants, no need to fight traffic and add up parking fees. Host was prompt and made the reservation process easy, and check in/out was a breeze with keyless entry, no need to go to another place for keys. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice place to stay on the Gatlinburg strip.

Good location! Great kitchen & gathering space! Clean, comfortable & not cluttered. Thoughtfully laid out spaces & nice balconies. Simple check in instructions: so nice to avoid a drive to pick up condo keys & passes! The only reason I didn’t give a perfect rating for families was that families with young children or aging parents would have a rough time navigating the steep hill to walk to & from town. Couldn’t help but think that snow & ice would make it very challenging. That said, we still can’t wait to return!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo is nice and clean, and so convenient to everything in Gatlinburg! If the elevator to street level can’t be fixed, it may be a good idea for the Summit Manor facility to install steps somewhere. But, that isn’t something the homeowner is directly responsible for. If that’s the only “complaint” you know the condo is great!
There is a bear nearby.

Our family loves staying at the Summit Manor Condo‘s. The units we have stayed in have always been clean well equipped, and very convenient to the parkway in Gatlinburg. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Fabulous location in the city. Loved walking everywhere combined with great views of the mountain out the back. Fireplace was cozy and the property is very clean and well maintained. Only warning at the moment(Oct 2025) is that the road to access the Main Street is quite steep for anyone with mobility issues. Elevator in property works but unfortunately the one that goes to street level is out of order…no fault of property owner and we were warned in advance.

What started out to be a nightmare ended up very nice. The property manager took care of things to make it better. My family and I are very thankful for her. We pray that God blesses her and her family. We relly loved the condo. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in lovely Gatlinburg. The condo was very clean and has great mountain views. Bears are plentiful lol. Thank you very much! The DeBord Family

Beautiful, Clean Space, awful Driveway

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It gave my in-laws the privacy and personal balcony for their quiet mornings. In unit laundry was so nice! Fully stocked kitchen made cooking so easy. Pool was well kept. Our only complaint was that there is no elevator or way to get up to the manor from the strip unless you walk up the very steep driveway. My in-laws are elderly and even though we are younger, it was still a difficult trek up. Additionally, only the bottom plug-in’s on the wall outlets worked for plugging in lamps or charging our phones.

Great location - close to main street and convention center

We chose this condo because we were attending a dance competition at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This location was perfect for that. Literally took less than 5 minutes to walk to the convention center. The condo itself was very nice - clean, spacious, comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5 (two adults, three children). The kids loved the pool as well. The only downside was that we were counting on the street level elevator and sometime before we arrived the elevator broke. While we are capable of walking up and down the hill, it was harder on us and I would have preferred using the elevator, especially when carrying items for the competition. If you have mobility issues, it could definitely be an issue, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Overall though, we really liked this condo and would definitely recommend it.

Exactly as described

We had an awesome time at this location! Everything was exactly as described, the property owner was very quick to get back with us when we had questions and very accommodating. This condo has amazing views and is literally a few steps away from the Gatlinburg strip. The master bedroom shower is so very nice!!! The condo is roomy and we loved the balconies. We will stay here again. Thank you!

The condo was great. The only problem we had was the elevator going down to the strip was not workin

Everyone in our party was over 60. We had a lot of difficulty navigating the hill to the street and shops of downtown. We ended up spending way too much money for parking. Everytime we wanted to go eat it cost 15.00 to park. I was very disappointed with that situation and the hill is pretty much impossible for more elderly people. Nothing was done to fix the elevator the 5 days we were there. You should let people know before they come if it doesn’t work. We loved the condo but the convenience to the street is lost when you have to drive up and down the hill

new yearly unit

When I was searching for a place to stay because our usual was booked, I had a lot of questions. The owners were great with all my random questions. I asked about a Christmas tree because we were bringing two small kids. They told us they didn’t normally do trees, but did decorate for Christmas. We walked in and a beautiful tree was beside the fireplace! It meant so much that the owners thought about something so small but meant so much to our family. The unit is insanely clean, comfortable furniture and nice outdoor furniture. We always use the joining elevator and it was out of service at the moment so we did have to pull the hill. The hill is rough with young kids, but it helped knowing we had such a clean, nice place to stay. We absolutely will be returning.

Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was perfectly located to do all the things. Shopping, Dining, Hiking all within perfect distance (some without needing your car). If you like the strip do not miss out on this one. Clean and well appointed with a super easy check in. Thanks! We will be back!

Convenient access to parkway with privacy!

Great condo just off parkway near the Convention Center. Convenient with privacy. Very quiet building. Elevator down to street with easy walking anywhere in town. Owner is super responsive. Two furnished balconies overlook LeConte creek and the Smokey Mountain Brewery area which was great for the nightly bear visit. Great views of skylift, space needle and Christmas lights. You’ll want to stay again.
