The unit was not completely clean but did not impact our vacation. We did not have enough towels for the amount of people the condo sleeps and with communication to management, they had towels to our cabin within a few hours. Overall a great place and would rent again!

Great vacation home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home provided easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. House had plenty of fun games and a nice hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped but if you like wine, you might want to bring your own glasses as there were only two provided. Beds were clean and comfy and house was clean as well. Would stay here again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the cabin, but have a few recommendations for future stays:Fix theater room chairAdd a mat by hot tub for wet feet Put pillow cases underneath decorative pillow cases Have more extra blankets for each room, not just 2 of the 4 More kitchen towels Air hockey puck is too thin- flies off table every time, even when adults play Outside of grill could be cleaned Can opener does not workCoffee maker is very slow, could use an update There are a lot of big, black ants in the cabin

Very Nice But...

The cabin was great! Communicating with management was very easy. But the theater is pointless if you don't bring anything to connect using an HDMI cord (that you also have to bring). Other than that my family had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving!! We're all very satisfied

Cute Cabin. Great Location but not clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout, location and amenities were nice but the cabin was not clean. Garbage and towels left in the hot tub area, walls dusty, floors so dirty you could not let a baby crawl or walk barefoot.
