Situated in an ideal location, this unit offers the convenience of being adjacent to one of the three pools/clubhouses on the mountain, allowing you to access it within seconds of stepping out the back door.



As you enter the condo, you will be greeted by an inviting open-concept living area outfitted with beautiful wood floors. The living room features comfortable furnishings, including a recliner, perfect for relaxation. Stay cozy and warm by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen SmartTV. The dining area offers ample space for enjoying meals together, and the fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including lovely granite countertops. Additionally, a convenient washer/dryer closet is available for your laundry needs.



Step outside onto the private covered deck and dine al fresco at the spacious outdoor dining table, or sip your morning coffee while appreciating the peacefulness of the sunrise from the new balcony high chairs.



This Smoky Mountain condo features two comfortable bedrooms. The queen bedroom offers a SmartTV, and the king bedroom boasts a cable TV and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Additionally, the king bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, adding a touch of privacy to your accommodations. A full bathroom located off the kitchen serves as both the hall bath and the queen bedroom's bathroom.



Guests of this Gatlinburg chalet rental have access to three clubhouses, the closest to Bears Down Under being the Upper Alpine Clubhouse, which has a large outdoor pool, a wading pool with a fountain (for youngsters), showers/changing rooms, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, video games, and chess/checkers.
