Luxview Lodge is a recently built MODERN LUXURY CABIN with STUNNING VIEWS and nestled in the Smoky Mountain resort community of Cobbly Nob. Our cabin is a large 2600 sqft cabin with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, game room, hot tub, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL (w/75” TV Screen & Surround Sound) and EV charging! Only 10 mins to Gatlinburg! With 24 hour resort security you will feel safe and secure. Luxview Lodge is located low on the mountain with wide & easy roads to the property.

Large windows in the main living, dining and kitchen space give incredible 160 degree views of the Smoky Mountain National Park. These views have to be seen in person to believe... They are amazing... Mountain Views can be seen from All Common Areas

The cabin was stunning from the moment we entered- the view of the mountains was unmatched and the furnishings provided the perfect balance of comfort and style without competing with the view. We initially had an issue with a malfunctioning pool heater; Kyle was immediately responsive and worked with us to quickly solve the problem to everyone’s satisfaction. Cannot say enough about the beauty of the location. Would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Perfect location on top of smoky mountain road with fantastic views overlooking valley. Property looked as advertised with all the listed amenities. The house was spotless and felt incredibly clean and easy to settle down in. The host was very easy to get along with, was very professional while still being personal in his messages. He was easy to get in touch with when we had a problem or question about the stay. All of the rules of the stay & check in / out process were completely reasonable and easy to follow. My wife and I had our honeymoon here and could not have asked for a better place to spend it. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

The pictures do not do this place justice! The views are AMAZING! The cabin itself was beautiful and plenty of room to spread out. We had a blast swimming and playing in the game room. The xbox 's in each bunk bed were a hit with the kids for sure!!! The best part was sitting on the deck and watching the mountains - I do not have words to describe how beautiful the view is. We had a little issue with the internet and the host went above and beyond to get it repaired- and the repairman was super nice, too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to escape the hustle and bustle!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin has an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains and is furnished with high-quality, comfortable pieces. Even on a rainy day, there was plenty to do indoors—the arcade games, air hockey, and pool table kept everyone entertained. The location is also great—easy to get around but still feels peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

The property was outstanding - well decorated, extremely clean and views were postcard worthy! The host was attentive and provided all the necessary details. This was our first experience with a VRBO - and, the bar was set high!! I worry we may be set up for disappointment at our next VRBO after this perfect experience! Ha!!

Fantastic!

This was our 2nd stay at luxview and it was just as wonderful as the first stay! Kyle was wonderful to work with. Everything was clean, with nice little touches to make us feel welcome. The view! Great rain or shine. The kids loved the pool and air hockey table. Will be back again!

The view from this home are absolutely amazing! We enjoyed it so much that we didn't leave once during our stay. The owner was very responsive and provided us useful information. Our family of five enjoyed the pool, hot tub, air hockey, pool table, and arcade games.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures and the views are absolutely stunning! I have only praise for the property and the owners. Kyle was a wonderful host who caters to every need and question you may have no matter how small. He is very warm and personable and was a pleasure to speak with! Family Vacation

This was the second and definitely not the last time our family had stayed in this property. Everything was wonderful again. The views are stunning and the property is very well maintained. Our little one loved the warm pool and all the games downstairs. Thank you again we will be back soon.

Peaceful Escape

The Luxview Lodge was everything that we were looking for! From the moment we arrived, the clean mountain air combined with the breathtaking view set the tone for a terrific week. The house was very clean, and we also appreciated the Keurig coffee variety and associated fixin's! Kyle's communication was outstanding before we arrived, as well as during our stay. We did have a storm come thru that knocked out the cable/internet, and Kyle kept us abreast of the status and helped us get everything back up and running again. The pool and hot tub were both clean, and nice to have for our family's use throughout the stay. The kid's also loved the X-boxes in the bunk beds! With all of that said, nothing surpasses the view of the Smoky mountains from both inside and out. Watching the clouds roll in, out, and around the mountains brings more appreciation to nature, and the canvas that it paints. From the house, it was an easy drive to Cobbly Knob Pizzaria and Trisch's Diner, which both had excellent food. Several other restaurants were within a 20-minute drive. We recommend Split Rail Eats :-). We truly enjoyed our visit to Gatlinburg, and our terrific experience at the Luxview Lodge. Thank you Kyle for a wonderful week!

Second Time Stay!

We have stayed at this house twice now and will definitely be back. The views are amazing and the stuff we dream about. The house has so much for the kids to do that they don’t even want to leave!! Big props to the owner who was very responsive to very minor issues that don’t even rate discussion but the owner addressed them quickly even though they were dealing with a literal hurricane where they lived!! I cannot recommend this property enough or the owner!!

Breathtaking Mountain View

First time Gaitlinburg visitor here! We had the best time and def plan to return. There was so much to do at the lodge and it has the most breathtaking view of the mountains. We really could have spent all of our time there. The Luxview Lodge was truly our favorite part of the trip!

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, swings, etc. We want to come back! Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! Luxury and relaxation!

My wife and I visited for our 20th anniversary. The house is truly immaculate. First I have to say that Kyle was a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and responsive. Everything about the house is amazing, especially the views. The finishes are all very high end. The furniture is very comfortable. All of the amenities make it so you never have to leave. We stayed during an extreme cold spell where we were iced in on the mountain for a couple of mornings until they treated the roads. We were more than happy to stay at the house. The hot tub was very relaxing (especially while it was snowing on us). We brought some inflatable pool seats and watched the NFL playoffs while floating in the pool (which was plenty warm). The pool table and pinball game made for hours of fun. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. You won't be disappointed. We are definitely planning on returning. Also, if you are looking for a place to eat, Trish's Mountain Diner is right at the bottom of the mountain. The food is incredible and the price is great. We ate there multiple times and everything was homemade and great, especially breakfast. Very nice people.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great time. Home was beautiful and decorated for Christmas even with a Christmas tree. View was amazing and all the immunities kept our little one entertained for hours. Kyle was great and communication was easy. Thanks again.

Amazing view and home!

We took our kids and their grandparents for a weekend away. This house does not disappoint! It’s even more beautiful in person and is so spacious. Everyone had their own space and the adults could easily be watching football upstairs while the kids played downstairs. I really liked all of the safety features of the pool. Our kids LOVED the bunk bed room. We are already planning out next stay!

Breathtaking!

What an absolutely amazing property! If you want amazing views of the Smokies, this property is it!! Not only are the views amazing, but the property itself was spectacular! This is luxury in the mountains! Plenty of room, all amenities and the check in and out process was a breeze. Kyle made sure we had everything we needed upon check in and made sure we didn't need anything after we settled in. The Kiddos LOVED the hot tub on the balcony! We would absolutely stay here again!!

The Most Beautful Views.

From the first moment we walked in the door and looked out those windows, we were speechless. The term breathtaking doesn’t do it justice. This place was so much fun. We swam every since day we were there and we all slept like babies afterwards. On our first night at the house we saw two bear down below our deck. It was such an amazing stay I’d recommend this rental to anyone!

The view!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! The house is just the best...all details and amenities are fantastic. You can tell how much effort was placed into making this a memorable getaway for everyone. We could not get enough of the view...leaving and returning back was the best part to just step into the front door yet again! We loved sitting on the porch and time in the fabulous hot tub. Our kids could not get enough air hockey, playing pool and Xbox! Kyle is a gracious host...super responsive, very caring and focused on all details, helpful, welcoming and detailed. Thank you for making our first Smoky Mountains experience the best!
