Gatlinburg Memorial Day 2025

One towel per person for a 5 day stay. Shower stalls overflow and door jams rotting. Kitchen very small poorly equipped. No ice maker only 2 ice trays. Property misnamed extremely hard to find. Very limited parking places on a steep incline. Entry to building is small, dirty, inconvenient, worn out, unkept. Blinds in master missing slats. Picture online very deceptive. Will never stay there again.

Good location, poor upkeep. The showers both leak causing water under floortiles outside of bathrooms. Mold at bottom of showers. A/C leaking in front unit, no communication until we called office.

Suited our needs

We booked this place last minute. We actually stayed in this building last year, and didn’t enjoy it. The room this year was nicer, but still on the small side. It’s within walking distance from town, but it’s not an easy walk. Condo is kinda small and cramped. Elevator needs a service. Room was nice enough, but no cable on 2 of the 3 tv’s. Sleeper sofa was better than normal, but still almost not worth sleeping on, except for kids. If you have small kids, they will not want to make the walk to and from town.

Overall Happy with Maple Trails

The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and spacious. Love the waterfall shower. It was a nice plus. Parking is not so great. There is not really a solution, just know that if you arrive late, you will need to figure out where you are going to park. The strip is a little far, so you can not just stay parked and walk.

Perfect space and location!

The condo was very charming and the perfect amount of space for our group. The location was also ideal and close to many of the area attractions including access to the Trolley. We will be back!

Great Stay !

Had a great stay, very cozy place, convenient. Just few mins walk to the downtown area with all the attractions & restaurants. Easy access to walking trails. Condo was clean, & comfortable for family of 4. Nice balcony / porch, but does not have a view, seems to have been blocked by recent construction. Will stay again.

Nothing fancy but area seemed safe and in walking distance of strip. We were there for 3 nights, would have been problematic if we had stayed longer. There was ONE TRASH BAG, no dish towel or dish cloth in kitchen. Laundry facility was locked and we weren't provided the code

Clean and Neat with short walk to downtown but minimal view

Older property whose view is now being blocked by newer construction. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo itself was clean and neat with a nice balcony but whose only view were the backside of new construction.

First Mt. Trip as a Family

The rental process was very easy. The property management company was very easy to deal with. They were 30 min late sending us check-in codes. The showers need to be fixed, the water does not drain out fast enough and the shower pans fill with water. I would definitely look into another cleaning company because they do a poor job now. The floors were very dirty. Black sock bottoms happen very quickly. The comforter on the beds needed to be washed. The condo itself was wonderful. The location was nice. It’s a little far to walk to the strip daily but we parked in the AnnaKeesta parking lot daily which is located at the corner on the strip. The two bedrooms with the living area and kitchen area are perfect for a family. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook during your visit. We enjoyed our stay here just wish the beds were more comfortable and the place was a little cleaner.

Great location

Don’t let the outside of the complex fool you, this condo is updated and very comfortable. Perfect walking distance to the Parkway and attractions. The only problem we had was in trying to park in the tiny parking lot.

Property was nice and clean. 1 free ticket per day of stay for lots of attraction was great. Only problem is TV connection and internet very bad only work some times. Property Management Will put in work oder never got it fixed half of our vacation no internet. if that is important do not stay there.

Clean and bright

Condo was clean and location is perfect to walk anywhere. Had a maintenance issue and got it resolved very quickly. I also manage vacation rentals and I would recommend having a starter K-cups for guests. If you arrive late in the evening it would be nice to wake up to coffee prior to going to the store. Also there is no dresser in one of the bedrooms so be aware you will be living out of your suitcase in that one.

Our stay here was less than satisfactory. The photos don’t accurately depict the property. Bathrooms hardly fit one small person. The shower drains were backed up- disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillowcases missing. The only updates the condo has is paint.. very dated . The directions they supplied were TERRIBLE. The complex was dirty and poorly maintained. And the checkout instructions were completely different in the email and in the condos booklet. We would rather have paid $100 more and booked somewhere else, next time we will. I have never left a poor review on a rental EVER but I wanted to warn other renters before they book a property they’ll regret. I left 2 stars instead of 1 because when I called the after hours number the employees were happy to help and very kind.

Great place, great location we could walk into town and not have to fight the traffic. My only complaint is there is not enough seating in the living room. The 2 chairs by the fireplace are uncomfortable and you can’t sit in them and watch tv because they are under the tv. Directions on how to use the TVs in the bedroom would’ve been nice too. Outside of that the place was nice.
