Awesome !
This was a great weekend. The house is perfect for large gatherings and accommodations fit all ages. The indoor pool was a hit for all the kids and the hot tub and theatre room was great for everyone! Thanks for letting us stay ! We might make this an annual stay!

Vacation 2024
The cabin is beautiful and spacious. The bedroom/bathroom set up is idea for all guest. Tony of kitchen space for preparing meals. My biggest disappointment the pool was cold and after hoping it was just from cleaning before our arrival, I notified the property manager and they sent someone the next day. Unfortunately it took about 24 hours for it to warm so my small grandchildren did not enjoy the pool which was my most desired item when booking. The pool is warm today as we checked out! The grill was also a bit disappointing our last night we planned to grill realizing the propane tank was empty but wait a spare! Well the spare has a leak. The views are beautiful and the cabin is beautiful. I would recommend adding a second hot tub for a place so large or making sure the pool is warm.

Thank you for staying with us! We apologize about the pool issue. There was a toy clogging the filter and triggered the heater to stop. Fortunately we were able to get it repaired within 24 hours.

Amazing views, we saw the bears every morning and evening we will definitely be back.
The bears was are high light of our stay. The grandchildren was so amazed of seeing the bears every morning. The house was beautiful and the views were also amazing.

Family birthday celebration
We had an age range from 3yrs. old to 99 yrs old. There was something for everyone. The cabin is everything that it claims to be. Very clean & the pool was a hit for sure. The responsiveness by the managing team is incredible. Very impressive.

Vacation Stay
Overall this was a great cabin. Size, space, location (etc.) Only bad thing for us was the pool was supposed to be heated but the water was too cold to enjoy it. But the hot tub was great.

Thank you for staying with us! Next time you have any issues please let us know during your stay. The pool at this cabin has a water level that it must maintain in order for the heater to stay on. If it falls below that the heater will kickoff. We always clean and fill the pool before each guest but since it has been such a dry winter and cold the water evaporates. You can use the water hose provided to add water.

Amazing weekend
This cabin was very clean upon arrival. No issues getting inside. There was plenty of space for our large family. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and games. It is perfectly located between gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The views were beautiful. Owners were super responsive to messages sent. We give this cabin a 10/10.

Pre-Christmas Getaway
We drove from TX to meet family from WV at this wonderful cabin. Photos don't do it justice. From the minute you walk inside it feels like home. Very warm and welcoming. Lovely open kitchen / dining / living makes for a great space for all; no one is closed off during meal prep, etc. Large dining table made for a great family game site. Two laundry areas were a blessing. Plenty of space for everyone. No one got "cheated" as far as bedrooms, as every one of them had an ensuite with a soaker tub. Sweet! Floor to ceiling windows provided a beautiful, unobstructed view. Not once did we hear "I'm bored". Pool was quite cold but not a huge issue as there was lots to do. Two trucks and Yukon fit easily close to the house. Could accommodate another 2 full size vehicles comfortably. Driveway is steep but allows this home to sit far enough over the hill from others that you have some privacy. Road is extremely winding, narrow in places. Best to arrive during daylight to familiarize yourself with it. Very quick drive to any place in PF or GAT. NO ONE wanted to leave. Communication with the owner (Tara) was easy and she answered any questions in a timely manner. We loved this pre-Christmas getaway and would definitely book again.

Thank you for the detailed review on our cabin. We just completed semi annual maintenance on the cabin and found one of the pool heater lines not working so the pool is now heating to 84*!

Family Vacation
We had a great stay! There are lots of stairs! And sadly we didn’t see any Bears but I guess the missed our schedule! We had a great time and spent every night night as a family playing games at the table! Wonderful memories were made!

Fun long weekend get a way
We had 5 couples stay. Perfect cabin. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Indoot pool was great. Game room was a plus and hot tub was perfect. The views were spectacular. Recommend to any family or group.

Fun Women's Getaway
We were a group of 11 old high school friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The cabin was perfect for a large group. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was great as we only had to share a bathroom with one other person. We enjoyed the living area on the main floor and the fact that we could all fit around the dining room table for meals. The views from the decks were amazing. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon/evening on the decks. The movie theater room was perfect for us to watch a slideshow that was made of old photos from high school. The hot tub and pool were used daily. We would highly recommend using Smoky Mountain Grocery delivery service!! They were so friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful stay!! We would definitely recommend this home for a larger group trip!! Thanks for a great stay!

First impression was… WOW
Breathing taking views. 2 visits from Blacky the bear were cool !! Awesome game room. Theatre room needs work though, not strong enough WiFi that works, so therefore we could not stream anything so it never was used. ☹️. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen space and pots, pans and utensils.

Thank you for staying with us. We understand and appreciate your frustration on the Wi-Fi. We purchase the strongest and only Wi-Fi available in that area. In the mountains it can be difficult to get a strong signal in the basement of a cabin. There are days that is seems to be stronger than others so about 60-70% of the time guest are able to stream in that room.

Great family vacation
This trip was a gift for my family. We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house had amazing views and it was perfect. We enjoyed coffee outside on the deck on chilly mornings. We even saw a mama bear and her babies in the driveway! The host was awesome and communicated with us throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to travel to Gatlinburg.

Amazing stay!
This house was hands down the best we have ever stayed. Clean, views were amazing, large bedrooms and comfortable linens. We saw bears everyday even momma bear and her 3 babies played on the deck giving us all the best show! We had been worried based on other reviews about parking, but we fit 6 cars (2 sedans, 3trucks, 1 SUV) without any problems. Roads getting to the house were paved and easy to navigate. 5+ stars from all of us!!

Amazing vacation!
Home was spectacular! Plenty of room for all four families. The kids loved the pool. Peaceful location with stunning views. We were fortunate to see bears a few times during our weeks stay. Inquiries to owner were responded to promptly. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect!
This house was perfect for our family vacation. Each room has its own bathroom with tub so it’s nice for families with multiple couples. Our kids loved the pool! We saw bears several times and he would often come right up to the porch. Beautiful views. Perfect location right between pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The driveway was super steep and hard to maneuver with trucks but overall it was a 10/10!! Tara was wonderful, thank you!

50th Wedding Anniversary
We came to Gatlinburg for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had 17 people in the house and it was very spacious! Our family spent most of the time on the two lower levels with the game room, 2nd open kitchen area, indoor pool and theatre. The main level kitchen is big and open, but needs some updated things, especially because you're so high up the mountain we didn't leave to go out to dinner and cooked each night. The one and only "large" pot had a missing handle and was totally scraped up so we had to be careful not to get the black stuff on the bottom of the pan in our food. The can opener is broken as well and maybe a few new, clean cutting boards would be helpful. Knives are very dull and need sharpened. It'd be nice to have a few more larger stainless steel pots. It was nice there was S&P, some spray, other seasonings people left behind & Tupperware to store leftovers. Other than that, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plus two large crock pots, coffee pots, a Keurig and a blender. It's super helpful to have three refrigerators! The driveway is very steep but that's to be expected. Decks were nice and open, but the cleaners should sweep the cobwebs off the chairs/tables/windows on the decks before people arrive. There were massive spiders everywhere b/c of the webs. Overall, we'd stay here again! Beds were comfortable, views were exceptional and we saw two different bears each day - one was hanging out on our porch! The kids loved it!

Enjoyable
When I started searching cabins for our first family vacation this one caught my eye. It was beautiful with plenty of room but the thing I like most was it’s own pool. The pool was a hit with my 8 grandkids ages 11 and under. The views are beautiful and it was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing yet close enough to local attractions. We even had a couple of bears come visit us. We only had one hiccup but overall it was an awesome experience and would highly recommend.

We loved everything about the cabin. The pool was perfect for the kids. We ate most of our meals there. All the Bedrooms had their own master bath. Great for families or couples get away. We did have around a dozen bear visitors the week we stayed. Came right up on the porch. They were fun to watch.

Great trip.
I booked this in the summer to take my mom, daughter, sister her family, best friend his family, and girlfriend and her family. Unfortunately mom got sick and passed but we went and everyone had a great time plenty of room for everyone. The kids got to see and play in the snow not something they get to do in southeastern Louisiana. They take great care of the cabin we definitely hope to go back.

Family birthday celebration fun
Everyone in our family was delighted with this cabin. It was a combined birthday and Easter celebration. The mail kitchen had so much for cooking. I would suggest it needs a new stock pot or large pot for pasta prep and a scrub brush for doing dishes. The beds were really the best. My suggestion is a chair or bench to use for dressing would have helped we seniors get dressed. The young teens were so happy here. They loved the pool an the pool toys supplied there. We ran out of toilet paper but because of a previous review we brought extra. Unfortunately I forgot to pack bath soap. This past weekend will be memorable. Especially because we took dozens of photos.

Thank you for staying with us! We receive lots of compliments about our mattresses. We select some of the best quality. We do provide a starter set of toilet paper for each bathroom but ask guest to bring extra.

This cabin is amazing! This was our second time staying there and we would definitely stay a third and fourth time. The indoor heated saltwater pool kept everyone entertained and the hot tub was perfect for sore legs after walking all day. Our host was very attentive and easy to work with. The mattresses were really comfortable too!

This rental had everything we needed and more. The location is beautiful, enough in the mountains for the views but close enough to civilization to still enjoy it. The house is loaded with opportunity for memories to be made. The setup of the home is perfect for multiple families. The BEARS were the highlight of our trip. The hostess was responsive and flexible. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience and would do it again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Beautiful, clean cabin
My friends and I do an annual trip to Gatlinburg for my birthday. We had 12 adults and two kids who stayed at this cabin. This was by far the nicest and most clean cabin we have stayed in. It was very spacious and the game room, pool, and jacuzzi were definitely a nice touch. We saw a family of bears the first day of our stay. The location is still very close to all attractions!

The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Loved the Christmas decorations. The cabin was not a disappointment! The only problem was the ice on the driveway to the cabin. We had to shovel and sweep to clean it ourselves. This was after we called and was told we would get help - none ever showed! We spent one day iced in and couldn’t even get out to get more food for all of us or go to the show we had reserved ahead of time.

Thank you for choosing our cabin for your stay. We always ask guest when traveling to the mountains to plan ahead for the weather. It takes about 24 hours to get a scrapper to driveways because the state must clear the roads first. In your case the scrapper arrived 24 hours after the snow event which happened to be the day you checked out. I apologize that we could not get them there any sooner, but we are bound by their schedules and waiting behind hundreds of other requests from other cabin owners. Thankfully it was a small snow event, and you were able to leave safely.

Awesome Cabin!
Cabin was perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed the arcade room, pool and theater room. Guys enjoyed watching LSU game in the theater room while ladies relaxed in the hot tub. Very spacious and clean. Shared the area with a family of 5 bears, which added the the kids excitement.

Best Cabin EVER
First of all, this cabin was CLEAN!!! Like spotless!!! We loved it! It had three floors worth of bedrooms so each family essentially had their own floor. The little kiddos enjoyed the pool and it was so clean! The family of bears that visited each day was nice entertainment! Ha! If you’re looking for a cabin close to Gatlinburg for a big family (but also places so you can get away from that big family), look no further! This cabin is for you!

Perfect for our family
This cabin was perfect for our family of 17. The different floor levels was helpful because it allowed everyone to spread out to either play games at the kitchen table, play the 2 video games, watch a football game or the kids favorite - swim in the 4’ pool which was perfect for their height. We love this cabin and can’t wait to come back. The kitchen also had all the pots and pans that we needed.

Excellent home for large family vacation
What an outstanding visit! This property is unreal! Every bed is comfortable. Walk-in showers and tubs in every room. We used every amenity: pool, movie theater, arcade & hot tub. Just perfect for kids … complete with a baby gate and high chair. So happy to have spent 3 nights in the mountain mansion! Hope to return again soon!

Wonderful Experience!
My husband and I got married October 11th. We rented this cabin for 11 of our closest friends and family members to come down and stay with us for the wedding. We also used this cabin to host our very small reception (25 people in total). It was very spacious and accommodating to all those in attendance! Between the many outdoor decks and living spaces, we did not feel cramped! The views are absolutely gorgeous and the cabin came exactly as described. And we got to see a bear right outside in the driveway! It was very cool and everybody loved looking out to see him sitting there having a rest. We don’t have a single thing we would want to complain about. Lovely place to stay!
