* Upstairs: 1 king bed primary bedroom with private balcony deck and en-suite bathroom
* Main level: 2 bedrooms each with a king bed sharing a hallway bathroom
* Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen bed sharing jack-jill bathroom with another bedroom with queen over queen bunks, common area game room has a twin bed with pull out twin trundle (2 twins total)

***FIREPLACE: Fireplaces will be shut from April - October for the summer season.

**Our outdoor BBQ grill uses a propane tank. Guests who would like to use the grill are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival.

***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee. Please reach out to us hosts after booking to process the $150 pet fee if it was not included in the booking. Please clean up after your pet in the yard. We will charge extra if our cleaner has to pick up after your pet. Thank you for being courteous!

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
