SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 12):

BEDROOM 2 – Upstairs (sleeps 2)

BEDROOM 3 – Upstairs (total sleeps 6)
* (1) Queen over queen bunk (sleep 4) and (1) twin over twin bunk (sleep 2)

* Queen bed pullout sofa couch (sleeps 2)

* Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers
* Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are provided to get your started (bring other spices as needed)
* Spacious dining area that seats 10; perfect for shared meals and conversation.

North Clubhouse
- Outdoor pools (multiple pools including children’s pools) + yard games and paved walking loop.
- Lighted tennis courts (year-round) until midnight.
- Banquet/meeting room available for rental (full kitchen, fireplace, seats ~65) for group gatherings.
- Hours: 9 am – 9 pm (Thursday–Tuesday; closed Wednesday for maintenance) in peak season.

South Baden Clubhouse
- Large outdoor pools (including a pool slide) and kid-play area. Horseshoes, shuffleboard, game room with pool tables, ping-pong, foosball.
- Fitness room with gym equipment, changing rooms/showers. Free WiFi.
- Hours: 9 am – 9 pm (closed Tuesdays for maintenance) in summer.

Upper Alpine Clubhouse
- More quiet/intimate: outdoor pool (adult & wading pool with raindrop umbrella feature) + game room (pool table, foosball).
- Currently closed one day a week for maintenance (Thursday).
