NO ELEVATOR OR STEPS! Located on the Roaring Fork Creek, surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. This is a 1ST floor condo you don't have to use stairs or an elevator, just pull right up and unload your goodies into this recently remodeled beautiful decorated condo. Get ready to start your Smoky Mountain Vacation. You'll find everything you need for entertaining or just a simple getaway for you and your family.

Relax to the sounds of the rushing mountain stream from the large, covered balcony that overlooks a beautiful waterfall. Gather around the cozy, warm fireplace located in the spacious living room. Unwind in the resort's swimming pool or take a trolley ride. Trolley system is available for exact change and it will take you wherever around Gatlinburg. One Trolley pickup station is directly across the street in front of the large church and the other one is right down the street headed into Gatlinburg maybe a block away in front of a hotel. I suggest doing that because you can literally leave your car and go all over the place.

This fully furnished condo, located in the luxurious Gatehouse complex, is exquisite from its cherry cabinetry, bamboo custom wood floors and granite countertops and is equipped with every convenience. All you supply is the desire to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains and gorgeous scenery. One Primary Suite with King size bed and private bathroom with custom tiled walk in shower. Other bedroom is also equipped with a king bed and just right outside the door is the other bathroom with tub/shower combination. Common area sleeping is furnished with a twin sofa that converts to a twin bed. Large comfy sofa for one person if needed for over night sleeping. (The sofa is not a sleeper) Two nice comfy leather recliners are great for afternoon napping. Large flatscreen TV with Spectrum cable and secure wifi available for our guests. Each bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen tv's and cable.

With a host of activities and countless opportunities for enjoyment, our condo is your gateway to the Smokies. In addition to Gatlinburg, you are only minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, lots of shows, great restaurants and shopping. This was one of the most complete and comfortable place we have stayed over the years. There had more than we needed. It is also very central, we went walking multiple times to downtown (20-30min). Balcony is a big plus with the creek over there. We enjoyed so much

The condo is 100% as described! Two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with king beds. Great kitchen and living room. Balcony overlooks the creek! You can always hear the water. The walk downtown is less than a mile. It's a nice walk. Just far enough off the Parkway to get away from the traffic and noise!

We could not have asked for a better home base during our mountain getaway. Perfect location near restaurants & activities while feeling private and relaxing. Super easy and quick to unload your car since unit is on the first floor. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need and one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. The balcony overlooking the creek was the main attraction with comfortable chairs & loungers for reading, resting or just chilling.

Comfortable and Relaxinf Condo

The beds were very comfortable which is hugely important when traveling! The little patio next to the river was also very nice to sit and relax at. The pool was also right out from the condo and never crowded.

HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE IN GATLINBURG

This property was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony and the sound of the rushing water is what its all about. This condo was immaculate. Plenty of room, Very clean inside and out. The beds were amazing, super soft. The Condo is close to downtown and even has a trolley stop (free public transportation) just out front. We never had to move the car if we didn't want to. Communication with Diane the host was A, Check in and out could not of been any easier. This will always be my first choice of place to stay in Gatlinburg.

What a great condo

This unit is absolutely beautiful and so convenient. The furniture is comfortable and beds are comfy. The walk in shower in the master is wonderful. But the best part was our host. She was easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions. would definitely recommend this condo! Take the drive to Cades Cove we saw 9 bears one afternoon.

Absolutely wonderful! Property was clean, comfortable, convenient, and just adorable! Extremely comfortable beds, plenty of room for my husband and I and my in-laws to have our own space and bathrooms. Everything was in perfect order, wonderful views, convenient to downtown, and Ms. Diane was very responsive and friendly. No problems with check in or our stay. Great Stay for our Winter Vacation

The building is located a reasonable walk down the hill from the Ole Red end of the strip with a great Flap Jacks pancake house along the way. This made getting into town easy and the walk back up the hill at the end of the day was not too hateful. A little far if your planning a lot of back and forth walking. The property is nice and the condo itself was perfect. The cleanest we have stayed in. Very comfortable, well equipped, and I feel like there are not enough bed reviews on here. Very comfortable beds. The location as stated is easy in, and sits right over the creek which made for great night sitting and sleeping. The host was very responsive although we had no issues. Highly recommend.

Very nice condo

Love this condo on the Roaring Fork creek. It is extremely clean with two king beds and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen has all that you need. Great location. The balcony on the creek keeps us coming back to this condo each year.

Wonderful!

Great location. Close to everything but more private than staying right on the parkway. Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. Loved sitting on the back patio watching and listening to the creek run right outside the patio doors. The host was very easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. If they ever decide to sell I could easily live here. 🙂

We were stunned by how nice this property was. The bed was so comfortable, the large kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was huge. We found nothing wrong or lacking. We definitely have saved this property for future visits.

Great location and spacious for our family

Well appointed place with lots of room for our family of four. Kitchen as well stocked, nice furniture, and comfortable beds. It was nice to have laundry machines in unit also. Bus stop was right in front of the building so it was easy to get to the main part of town but it’s also walkable.

This property is extraordinary! We were provided with extras throughout! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, dishes, pots/pans, paper towels, dish soap, and all the necessities. Beds were comfortable, and linens were super soft! Home was spacious and in a perfect location for us! Would definitely stay again!
