As I walked into the cabin it looked fairly clean. I noticed the fire place didn’t work and on the air vents it was packed with a lot of dust. I swept what I could off the floor. I ended up killing two bugs that were on the kitchen sink and once I tried using the oven I noticed my food was not getting hot. The oven light was on but after a hour of testing the oven I noticed my food never cooked. I reached out to the office immediately letting them know the issue. They replied and said, “Thanks for reaching out and that they created a task list for their team.” The next day I reached back out asking if anyone would be over to take a look. They replied saying that they do not have an estimated time yet but will update me once they have an update. So I was not sure if someone was going to come out that day or not or really what to expect. While they had someone come out they ended up coming while I was gone. They did not update me that someone was in the cabin resulting in me leaving my personal belongings behind. The only reason I knew someone came out was because there was a note left. Once I reached back out thanking them for at least having someone come look at the problem, They did text me that someone would come back out later on during the day but accurate communication would have been helpful. The man came out but was not able to fix the oven. The company did not show any sense of urgency to fix the problem during my stay. Vents were dusty and fire place did not work.
