Overall a pleasant stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great views, secluded location, clean, and beds were comfortable enough with home theater and game room. On the negative side, the coffee pot didn’t work properly, hot tub jets didn’t work on one side, grill is pretty nasty, only one steak knife in the cabin, and the shower heads need to be replaced or repaired since the water didn’t spray like they should. But all of these could easily be corrected.

Beautiful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area but our first time in an Elk Springs rental. We will never rent from another cabin facility again! The location and views were beautiful, we had many wildlife visitors, the customer service was out of this world. While we were here we visited Dollywood, Anakeesta, and did some downtown shopping. It was a beautiful trip and we will definitely be back!
