  • Newly remodeled and designed for a couple or young family getaway this charming retreat is will be the perfect cabin to relax, recharge, be secluded and be close to all the exciting activities in the area, just a few short minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg.

    As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin's interior is a harmonious mix of rustic charm and modern comfort with an upgraded kitchen, baths and bedding. The cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway and includes a bonus kids bunk room in case you want the kids to join you. Half our guests are just a couple the other half do bring the kids - and they all love it! (Insiders tip, the bunk beds are twin xl's and can fit an adult)

    An incredible location you are in a secluded area, yet 8 minutes to Downtown, Dollywood, Arts and Crafts, Major Grocery store and just 10 minutes to the National Park.

    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

    Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

    We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

    This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Perfect family vacation spot

We had bears show up 3 times, which I personally thought was pretty cool. I would definitely stay with Elk Springs again.

Amazing Cabin and location!

The living spaces are very comfortable and would fit a family very nicely. Lots of steps but not that much of an issue. The King bed is very high and my wife had to get a small stool to get in (she's in 5'2). It is comfy though. Very close to Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay here again.

Way more space than we really needed, but we loved it none the less. We got to see a bear on the road to our cabin the 1st night! That was exciting. This cabin would be amazing for a group or family.

We had an issue opening the door with the code at arrival, but it turned out to be user error. Customer Service answered right away, and even offered to have someone come assist us if we needed it. Location is awesome and quiet, and convenient to downtown. Wonderful kitchen for breakfasts. All appliances were new and clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Yes, to The Nut House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of the mountains. I liked the layout and the functionality of the cabin. We really liked the labels and remotes. We enjoyed every level inside and outside of the cabin. We liked the comfort and availability of fluffy blankets throughout the cabin. We loved that HVACs were in main areas. This added to the comfort. I would like to recommend The Nut House placing a keypad upstairs. It was a little bit of an inconvenience from time to time since we preferred parking at the top. Also, we had to check to make sure that the refrigerator was completely closed. It would look like it was closed, but later we would find it wide open. Plus, if The Nut House would adjust the water pressure in the showers because they were too low. Other than a few minor inconveniences, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Nut House to others.

Perfect Rental!

We have had some really bad short term rental experiences and I had written them off completely and vowed to only stay in hotels and resorts. However, we took a chance on this cabin and I’m so glad we did. Most importantly, it was super clean! The location was lovely and peaceful- away from town but close enough to get to town easily. We saw bears, enjoyed the wonderful porches, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The only thing that is needed is a couple more large pots and pans for people who want to cook in, which we did a couple times. We were able to make it work with what was there though so it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, I can’t think of anything else this place is missing. We loved it and highly recommend staying here!
