The downstairs bathroom has a terrible grout smell that was almost too much after showering and having the vent on. Overall a good stay had all the basic necessities provided and was clean upon arrival.

The only thing I would say is a better grill but we made do, thanks for everything!! I would suggest 4 th July in the mountains to anyone, we went to Dollywood on the 3rd, awesome fireworks and drone show, and made to the Gatlinburg midnight parade, is legendary, especially with my 9 and 11 year old! Anakeesta and Ripley's experience was live on for generations!

We didn’t have AC on the top floor that worked the cabin was dirty. The dishwasher was broken. Microwave have a big crack in the door frame.I communicated to elk Springs and sent them pictures. I have rented from y’all several times and this is the first time I was really dissatisfied with my rental they offered to come back and clean the cabin, but that meant I would have to pack everything up. And leave for a while for them to come and clean and I was just really disappointed in thatI asked if I could change cabins cause I was really disappointed I use to love staying in yall rental properties

The one morning it rained just a little added to the view and experience. The check in/out was very easy and they kept in contact just in case we needed anything. The cabin was very clean and had a few items available. We would definitely come back to this cabin.
