These cameras are installed in the driveway pointing towards the mailbox and other is a video doorbell. They are not monitored continuously, but they do help us ensure the safety of our guests and the security of the property.

While we do our best to ensure that your stay remains as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please be aware that there may be some noise and activity during your visit between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.

☀ What does the drive there look like?
➜ Transparently, because the property is on part of the Smoky Mountains, the drive up to the resort is steep and winding. However, the roads are paved and wide enough for 2-way traffic.. If you are terribly uncomfortable with driving on mountains, we will miss getting to host you and recommend another property. BUT, if you can try it out, the National Park views and natural coziness are what make Gatlinburg the tried and true mountain destination.
☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!
☀ Is the whole property available for use?
➜ The basement & lower-level deck are not available for guest use.
☀ Does the property have cameras & if so, where are they?
➜ The property does have cameras. There is a video doorbell by the front door. There is also a camera on the lower level deck (not available for guest use). These cameras are in place due to owner belongings being stored on the lower level.
☀Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ While this property is not ADA compliant, this property has no steps for main level entry (from front entrance). As well, the primary bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor.
