This house has 4 spacious bedrooms: bedroom 1 has a 90 cm single bed; bedroom 2 is equipped with a comfortable 1.50 m double bed; bedroom 3 offers another 1.50 m double bed together with a double sofa bed, perfect to accommodate more people; and bedroom 4 has a 90 cm single bed. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and radiators to ensure your comfort all year round.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one of them complete, for your comfort. In the living room you will find air conditioning, ideal for the hottest days. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a drip coffee machine so you can enjoy a good coffee in the mornings. The property also has a private parking space.

It is important to note that the house does not accept pets, but does accept smokers.
