"We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed hotel, with its elegant Scandinavian style and fantastic views over the valley. The room was lovely with a great view. We had the Valley Comfy Plus. It is also a great choice for cyclists, with a dedicated bike room for secure bike storage, as well as some tools and equipment for minor repairs. We visited the restaurant for a wonderful breakfast and three times for dinner. The evening servings are good and reasonable priced. Despite some other reviews mentioning poor service, we experienced the complete opposite. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, proactive, and polite. They even made sure we had a packed lunch for our journey home, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We can highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back again!"

"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town. The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing. Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."
