Overall the location of the hotel is execellent, very close to public transportation and Avenida Paulista and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you are located on the lower the levels the noise from the street penetrates the window, which does not have much in regard to sound isolation ...

Ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. O local muito bom próximo a av Paulista e acesso fácil para vários locais da cidade. O atendimento da recepção bem atencioso e a comunicação também ajudou bastante tanto no check-in como no check-out.
