"At 50 years old and after years of travel, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The property is dirty, run-down, and offers almost no amenities beyond a standard waffle maker and coffee at breakfast. My room had several hairs on the floor and in shower, the box spring was exposed with no cover, the drywall was cracked, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. The bed was barely more comfortable than a camping pad, making for a very poor night's sleep. The only...

"When booking, we clearly stated we needed a room for 3 individuals so we would be using the fold out sleeper sofa. No bedding or pillows were in the room, we asked the front desk and the provided us with blankets but no pillows. It seemed to be a common issue, as numerous visitors had the same issue asking for the same items. "The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. "1. Check in was smooth. 2. The description for the bar/restaurant was misleading. It was a small bistro that had wasn't open at most of our wknd stay. 3. Not much to choose from for breakfast.
