"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and at a nice temperature. There were yard games as well. The hotel is a short distance from restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The check-in person was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We would return here again to explore Carmel and Big Sur. "

"We’ve stayed here often over the past few years, primarily due to its location directly adjacent to the extraordinary Hidden Valley Music Seminars.
The Hidden Valley Inn has undergone substantial renovations of late and the property keeps getting better and better with each stay. Highly recommended!"

The hotel has beautiful lounge areas inside and outside which made you not wanting to leave. The complimentary breakfast had so many nice options and the menu for afternoon/evening was well balanced with the lounge feeling."

"The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—surrounded by nature, that made me feel truly alive. Everything about the environment was breathtaking and relaxing.
However, I did feel that some of the staff in the cafeteria were not as friendly or welcoming toward us compared to how they treated other guests. It was disappointing and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I can’t help but wonder if it had to do with us being Hispanic. I hope this is something they reflect on, as hospitality...
