From morning coffee to hearty dinners, you’ll find everything you need: basic cookware, dinnerware. The Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile away, Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is 13 miles, and outdoor lovers will enjoy direct ATV and dirt bike access to Cache National Forest trails. Whether it’s summer at the lake or winter on the slopes, you’ll be at the heart of the action.



Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:



- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.

- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.

- Check Weather & Road Condition



We arrange for snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.
