Villa Olivida Luxury Lake Retreat

Villa Olivida is a splendid newly built villa located in a quiet residential area of Garda. Recently constructed and meticulously maintained, the home stands out for its bright rooms, modern materials, and wooden elements that lend warmth and harmony to the spaces. The new, contemporary furnishings contribute to an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, designed to make guests feel at ease.

The villa consists of two apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Entering through the gated entrance leads to the property's garden. Across the street you find the entrance to the large garage, complete with an electric vehicle charging station. To the right, you can walk through the garden to the splendid outdoor relaxation area. Here you'll find the heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying moments of well-being at any time of the day.

The ground floor apartment opens onto a bright living area with a kitchen. From here, a walkway to the right leads directly to the covered outdoor dining area, overlooking the garden and equipped with an electric barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining with friends. Continuing toward the sleeping area, to the left of the living room is a bathroom with a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower. The hallway then leads to the bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and a twin bedroom with two single bunk beds.

Going up to the first floor from the external staircase, you access the second apartment. Upon entering, you enter the living area with kitchen, which leads to the terrace with a covered outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue. To the left of the living room is the sleeping area: a bathroom with a washing machine, two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with shower. The upper floor boasts a large terrace that extends along two sides of the villa. This terrace features an outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of well-being in the open air. One of the villa's bathrooms features a shower with a built-in steam sauna, ideal for moments of well-being and relaxation.

Villa Olivida is the ideal place to enjoy a comfortable, private, and peaceful stay, just minutes from the beauty of Lake Garda.

The villa is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification documents and pay the tourist tax of €2 per person per night (children under 14 do not pay).

A mandatory security deposit of €500 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and refundable in cash upon check-out.

PARTIES, EVENTS AND FIREWORKS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY LOUD MUSIC EVEN DURING THE DAY
