EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR FAMILIES. Groups of young people and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted. Located on the beachfront in the Acuarium Complex. This duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a large terrace facing the sea, and a separate kitchen equipped with basic utensils for all guests. There are two bathrooms with showers, one on each floor. Maximum capacity is 6 people (2 double beds, 2 single beds). The price includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath and hand towels. The complex has two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a children's play area. Fantastic for families. Parking is available on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Parties and any other activities that violate the Neighborhood Code of Conduct are prohibited.
