"The hotel is newly built and modern, nice design inside and outside. Everything very good, including the location. Could be perfect if not a couple of mice playing in reception area... but I believe they're nit there for long."

"The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. "

"The service was good initially. I booked JK Koradi by mistake and called to shift it to JK Nagpur. They were accommodating in that and told me that an additional 1000 per room would be charged as a cost difference between the two hotels. As long as the owner or his daughter was present. They seem to be efficient. Else, it's very poor. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didn't have remotes for TV and AC. I had to request towels as none were present. "The hotel was shut down because of renovations in progress and did not notify us in advance. We had no place to stay upon reaching Nagpur and were cabbing around for 2 hours for a decent place to stay.Nightmarish experience, charged us the full amount, unreachable contact info, untraceable and conflicting addresses listed on booking confirmation and receipt. Would never recommend to anyone. Safety first."
