"It was nice being right on the river! Enjoyed watching all the river action!! The boys really enjoyed the pool table and game room! Location is close to lots of amenities! We took kayaks down the river one day then launched tubes the next right from the property. Parked the truck down the river at a park and launch to land it was very convenient! "

"This was such a lovely place for our getaway! Everything was exactly as listed and very clean! Loved relaxing on the deck looking out at the beautiful view (with visits from the very friendly neighbor cat!) and playing games at the dining room table. One of the best stocked places we’ve stayed - everything we could have possibly needed was provided!"

"House was nice and as described online. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Having somewhat of a disability found it a little difficult entering the home without handrails on the porch steps. Also getting up stairs was a little cumbersome without handrails for the staircase. But all in all a good trip celebrating and honoring a friends memory with family and friends.Phil Morrison, TX"

"This property was beautiful, immaculate, comfy and cozy. 8 of us stayed here and it was incredibly well appointed, with games, books, a game room which was heaven to our eight year old, and a living room, kitchen space and den that were the perfect size. A truly gorgeous home, a very responsive and helpful host, great location and well stocked home away from home. Loved the fire pit area and the dining room overlooking the leafy backyard and swing. "

"It's a perfect home to stay at, especially if you have family in Bellville! Everything is within walking distance in the town and the home was secluded just enough! It's a beautiful home and had all the amenities needed! I would stay here again over a hotel any day! "

"Stayed here for a week with the family while in town for a Nationals Competition. Good location, clean, quick/easy check-in/out process and the Owners were nice/responsive. Hot tub was a plus, and all maintenance items were provided. Wasn't sure about sharing the house with commercial space upstairs but was never an issue. The kitchen layout was a bit awkward but provided the necessities. Missed not having a washer/dryer by the end of the week but overall a good option for a quick stay when in...
