The villa features 8 spacious double bedrooms decorated in classic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, and historic details that enhance its charm. Large living rooms and a former carriage house, now a vaulted brick hall, are perfect for ceremonies and meetings.

Borgo il Castagno is a farmhouse set in the Tuscan hills near San Gimignano. It offers 14 independent apartments and a historic 17th-century villa with 8 double rooms, spacious lounges, garden, and private pool—ideal for events and meetings.



Each apartment, decorated in Tuscan style, has a private entrance and outdoor area with views of the hills, playground, and lavender fields. Relax in the large pool surrounded by greenery, with sun terrace, hydro-massage, and solar shower, open May to September. There’s also a children’s pool and ping pong table.
