Located on the ground floor, this historic home features a small bell tower on the roof and an adjacent frescoed chapel, adding to its timeless charm. The apartment accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area with an open fireplace and satellite TV. The well-equipped kitchen-diner includes a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, and a fridge with a freezer. The living room opens onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, with convenient steps leading to the barbecue and swimming pool.

Positioned in a sunny and panoramic spot, the apartment offers breathtaking views over vineyards stretching to the Apuan Alps. The swimming pool features a well-equipped solarium area, ideal for relaxation. The property is fully fenced but does not have a private fenced garden.
Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 has to be paid locally.
A damage deposit of EUR 1500 has to be paid locally for groups under 21 years of age.
Heating/gas charges of EUR 5 to be paid on the spot.
