The Chianti Resort is also home to the farm that has belonged to the same family for over 60 years and has always been managed with great respect for the environment and protection of the territory. In Fattoria La Striscia Merlot and Sangiovese vineyards, olive groves and cereals are cultivated.
The olive trees belong to some of the most typical Tuscan varieties, including Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio and Correggiolo, and are grown on soils rich in minerals, at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level. Extra virgin olive oil, with a very low acidity rate, is obtained from the cold pressing of hand-picked olives and can be purchased on site or ordered with home delivery. It does not undergo any filtration treatment and has a beautiful green color, golden reflections and a pleasant vegetable scent, with a taste rich in fruity notes.

The Chianti Resort offers a total of 3 swimming pools; one in common for the 3 apartments (6 x 12 meters, depth 1.50 meters), one exclusive for the Villa Belvedere and the other exclusive for the Casale Linchiano (4.5 x 12 meters, depth 1.50 meters)

Casa Ginestra comfortably accommodates up to six people. Its large living room offers a fully equipped open kitchen whose typical Tuscan style is emphasized by a large fireplace. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with single beds, one of which with en suite bathroom. The two bathrooms, one with tub / shower and the other with shower, have a sink, toilet, and bidet. The size of the apartment, already generous in its 120 square meters, is extended to the outside by a private terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
