● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Inside, the open-concept living room and kitchen create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for spending time with loved ones. Relax on the comfy couch and catch up on a movie on the big-screen TV, or enjoy a family meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating.

Temptations at Bay boasts comfortable sleeping arrangements for your Galveston getaway. One room features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer flexibility. One room has a queen-sized bed with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for a family with young children. The other room features a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, providing ample space for additional guests. With two full bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of space to get ready for a day of exploring Galveston or unwinding after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Head downstairs and you`ll find yourself on your own private fishing dock. Cast a line and try your luck reeling in a fresh catch for dinner, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of the water. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
