• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking outside is permitted, but marijuana or illegal substances are not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. No street parking per HOA rules.
