Nestled between the Gulf and the bay, this spacious 4BR/3BA house offers a glimpse of the water from two balconies. The upgraded interior features a gleaming kitchen and an additional wet bar area. Dine alfresco on the covered patio, where there is ample space to entertain your group. The beautiful Pirates Beach is a mere 2-minute walk from home.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, kick back in the bright living area where a sleeper sofa and smart TV await.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances, gleaming Silestone countertops, and Saltillo tile floors.

Sip coffee at the breakfast bar for four. When dinner is served, gather at the six-person dining table. An additional table seats three small children.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps 13 guests between four bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The huge fourth bedroom is a suite with three twin beds, a full-size bed, and a smart TV. A wet bar area offers a sink and a mini-fridge. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy your breakfast at the four-person table on the partially covered front balcony. Or head down to the carport patio, where a picnic table and lounge seating await. Kids will love the basketball hoop in the driveway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family's stay could've been better but it was plagued with an infestation of roaches. We had to keep all food, cups, plates and utensils in the refrigerator to ensure bugs didnt crawl over it or into everything. They were everywhere and it was a hinderance to my family and myself having a great time. I contacted the owners about my concerns, seeking resolution. No resolution has been provided.

Nice house, good location

All in all, it was pretty good. There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed but it worked out good, even though we were supposed to have 10 people and only ended up with 6. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully they take the issues that i've sent them and get those taken care of. One thing I thought was kind of odd, there were no regular drinking glasses there at all, but there was a nice selection of pots, pans, even a slow cooker.

Lovely spacious home close to beach with maintenance problems.

Good layout of home with comfortable furniture, decks & patio with comfortable seating & nice view of area. Problems with electronic stove, Keurig coffee pot, kitchen faucet reported to management. Old BBQ grills, propane grill missing parts, charcoal grill okay, no grilling utensils or lighter. Both outside large garbage containers were filled with fowl smelling garbage upon arrival. Need updated door information and instructions for TV.

Great Beach Rental

This house was great and almost exactly what we expected! The only drawback was the listing said it provided and umbrella and beach chairs which it did not, it wasn't a big deal but had we known we could have been better prepared. The unit was clean, smelled nice, and was as described! We were very happy with the property and felt like it was a great deal for the price.

Beautiful home, needs some love

This is a great home in a nice neighborhood, is close to the water and has a very nice beach. Living room has ceiling and wall water damage that has existed for some time. It happened that a very hard rain occured while we were there. Water came in the living room (also thru a canned light fixture) and under the primary bedroom door, and we moved living room furniture and put pans down to catch the water. Dining room chair seats need refreshing as they are nearly flat. One bedroom floor was sticky. The 10 digit code to get in was a bit of a pain and the door locked each time it was shut, so you had to have the code with you outside at ALL times. Also, the dishwasher leaked. To sum it up, we felt very disapointed with the arrangements. Not sure if the owners or property management needs to step up.

Island wedding

Son got married ... Wanted a place on the Island to be closer with room for 11 ... Had plenty of sleeping places with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great getting ready. May want to bring a pot holder and a couple extra kitchen towels if you plan on cooking ... Other than that pots pans and cooking trays crock pot were all in place for use ... Only a block to beach for a beach day. Nice water view too ... Would stay again

Great location

We had 13 people booked for 6 nights over the holidays. We had to purchase an artificial tree as there was not one and were warned there would be a $150 clean up fee if we did not take it home with us. What a shame we couldnt leave it in a closet for future guests to enjoy. The home was not very clean or neat. Furniture was crooked in all of the rooms (minor irritation I know), dishes in cabinets had to be washed/rinsed before use. Closets and drawers had random items stored in them. Sheets that were not folded, just balled up and stuck in drawers etc. 13 people, 6 nights and were given 12 total towels, 1-2 rolls of paper in bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods and only 3 trash bags (we all know the trash generated at Christmas). The hand soap was so watered down it would not even lather. When we arrived, the screen was off of one living room winfow and all of the windiws were unlocked so security was non-existent. There is also several areas of water damage and signs of mold. All the negatives being said, the house served our needs and the location was fabulous! There was a great area upstairs that reminded me of an apartment that my daughter and her husband and kids took over as their own little space. It was super cool!

Vacation 2023

This house is located just a block from the beach on a street that is not very busy so it made walking to the beach simple. The house itself was very roomy with enough sleeping areas for our family of 8. The Wi-Fi is a little slow but since we didn’t spend much time watching tv or playing on the phones it did not cause any problems. The AC worked well. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again.

Good location and beach close by. House was not clean….from cracker crumbs under the sheets to mold on outdoor furniture…and it lacked basic amenities. Items were not set up as promised either.

Won’t stay again

Pro’s: super close to the ocean. Lots of room for a big family like mine. Easy check-in/check-out process. Quiet. Safe neighborhood. Cons: was NOT clean. We cleaned it ourselves with white rags that turned dark brown after wiping down countertops, kitchen table, dirty high touch areas like door knobs and light switches. They only provide one trash bag for kitchen, then you supply the rest. No hand soap for bathrooms or kitchen. Microwave was broken. A step fell off. One of the beds it hard as a rock. Kitchen sink had old onion pieces in it and it wouldn’t drain until I pulled out the leftover onion. All sorts of dirt and trash on the floors in every room. Beach toys are old and broken. Grill was filthy, we had to buy a grill brush to clean it. The kitchen has dishes and utensils and old food thrown haphazardly in every drawer and cabinet, leaving no room for your food. Someone’s old T-shirt and a dirty towel were even stashed in one of the kitchen cabinets. Gross. I called and texted several times about these. No one came to fix anything until at least an hour after we left. I asked for a refund in the cleaning fee ($400) and was told it wasn’t up to VACASA. It was up to local management. The porch is also a hazard. Don’t waste your time here until management has seen this place for themselves.

A home away just when we needed it

My son ended up having a severe health issue that landed him in the ER our first night. These events are scary enough as is, but not being in our own home could have made things even more stressful. But, the VRBO was restful enough, well appointed enough, and near enough to the pharmacy and stores that it all worked out.

Owners trying to control air conditioning

Location was great. The biggest problem that we had was the air conditioning. We would set it at 72 and in a few hours the owners had set it at 76 or 78. We fought this for the first 3 days before VACASA was able to get the owner to stop resetting it. We would come back from the beach and the house would be so hot. Unbearable. The deck needs a paint job and the outdoor furniture had not been cleaned. The chairs in the kitchen and the cabinets needed to be cleaned. Living room was adequate but I don't believe that it was vacuumed before we got there as there were pieces of a monopoly game under the coffee table and couch. VACASA called on 1st day wanting to know if we found airpods and a tablet. I told them no and reminded them that the cleaning people were there before us. A few days later they called again saying that the leak sensor in the master bathroom was going off and asked us to check. We're on vacation and you keep interrupting it. This was our first time using VRBO and our last time. There was also a large planter on deck that was broken down the side.

Perfect for Families

We had a fantastic time! Property is exactly as advertised. Only complaint: the thermostats would continue to reset to 75 degrees while we were present or down at the beach. Couldn’t unlock to keep them at 70, minor inconvenience which could be major depending on your level of sunburn. Otherwise perfect property for our large group of friends with kids ranging in age 19 months - 10 years old. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach house

My family of 5 adults and two tiny children loved this house. We had plenty of space to spread out. The clean beach was a short walk plus we could see the beach from our porches. One suggestion-the balcony really needs a safety gate.
