We are also close to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Galveston Island State Park, and one mile from free parking on the public beach! Just a short drive to Pleasure Pier, the Strand, and cruise ship terminals

GUEST ACCESS: You will have access to the on-site pool and fitness center via pool tags located in the unit.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Sparkling pool with waterfall, large Sun Deck with layout chairs, fitness center, Gazebo, picnic tables, BBQ charcoal grills, free unassigned parking.

OFFERINGS: Self check-in—easy check-in and check-out. Access the home electronically at 3pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text. Your code is live from 3pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

Complimentary WiFi, cable TV and Welcome snacks. Beach towels for your use while there. Direct contact with the owners.

Reminders! This is not a hotel, so rooms will not be cleaned during your stay. This stay is much quieter than a hotel, more enjoyable and easier to check in and out! By booking, you are agreeing to our “House Rules.”

**POOL RULES**
Our HOA is VERY particular about the pool and following the rules so please take time to familiarize yourself with the rules if you plan to use the pool area. A copy of the pool rules will be in our House Manual for you to review. Below are a few of them.
The maximum people that can be in the pool per condo is 4.
You must have the pool tags with you while in the pool area (any age-including infants).
A fine may be incurred if the rules are violated which will be passed on to you. A complete list of the rules is always left in the unit before your arrival. These can be found in the House Manual.
Trailers or units pulled behind vehicles cannot be accommodated in the parking lot but can easily fit on the street in front of the complex.
No assigned parking, but it's easy enough to find a spot.
