● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a two-minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.

● Private Pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that ranges from 4 ft to 6ft deep.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We can fit up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Unwind in the primary suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a stylish ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements for your group. One has a king bed, while the other features a queen and a twin-over-twin bunk. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway.

Kids will love the downstairs bunk room! Two twin-over-full bunks and a trundle comfortably sleep seven. Challenge your crew to foosball or catch shows on the flat-screen TV. A half bath with washer and dryer completes the lower level.

Step outside to the covered patio and embrace the outdoors. Gather for meals, grill seafood, or whip up margaritas at the built-in cantina bar. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool after a day of exploring the beach, just a short stroll away.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
