Best location on the Island to walk to Pleasure Pier! Perfect for two guests that need to getaway and have a great trip in Galveston and enjoy the local flare! Just bring your own soaps, shower needs and coffee. We provide linens, towels, paper towels and one trash bag. Small cleaning fee. Must be at least 25 to book please. New queen bed. Guests have access to shared patio. Interaction with tenants includes shared entryway. Washer & dryer for housekeeping only until after 4pm. Smoking allowed outside of this building only. We ask our guest NOT to smoke inside the unit. (ONLY outside) pre approval and or a min of 12 hour lead time is required on all new bookings

• Hours of operation of attractions vary. Please check weather and times of operation of amusement parks before arrival. Pre approval and or a min of 8 hour lead time is required on all new same day reservations
• Host is only permitted to correspond with the actual guest that makes the reservation.
• Any inquiries and or other communication with Host must go thru the guest who makes reservation.
• All renters with a reservation of 7 days or more are required to carry renters insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000 for damage, and personal property and a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. Host is not responsible for theft or damage of guest personal property.
Cancelation policy is strictly enforced
No refunds are offered for weather related and or unforeseen utility issues so we strongly advise you to add trip insurance to cover any unforeseen trip issues (especially for tropical storms, whether events, etc)

• Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 2 adults max. All guest must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund. Typically all new same-day reservations require minimum 8 hour lead time & require approval for exceptions.
