• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.



• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.



• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.



• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

Great location just some small issues

Loved the townhome - the location was great as we could see 4 different firework shows from the balcony and walk to the beach if you are so inclined. We did just have a few small issues - in fairness the property manager did respond promptly to all text. Issues:The front gate was tied open so it could not shut.To lock the front door the instructions given are incorrect. All you do is hold the "logo" button. You do not reenter your door code. The master bathroom door would not fully close so you could not lock it. Also the bathtub plug would not close to fill up. The conditioner in the second floor bathroom was super watered down. The door was also super loud & squeeky. Lastly the patio door does not lock. Overall these little things did add up but did not ruin our stay. We had a great time and i hope this feedback will make it even better for the next guest.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway in Galveston! Great location - easy walking distance to the Seawall. House was perfectly clean and had a great balcony with view of water.

Family Trip to Galveston

We had such a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren at this luxurious condo. We enjoyed the amount of space and the beautiful patio.
