The historic yet luxurious six-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of history and modern conveniences. With its spacious layout, large outdoor deck, refreshing heated pool, and relaxing spa, this home is an ideal getaway. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of the beach and indulge in the ultimate vacation experience at The Oasis at Bernardo. Welcome to our professionally designed and spacious 6- bedroom home within walking distance to the beach. This beautiful home is a rare find with resort style amenities, spacious enough for large families and groups. The perfect place for spending quality time with your friends and family. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and create lasting memories. Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee on the large outdoor deck. Where you can listen to the soothing sounds of birds. You can also take a stroll to the beach to enjoy the sunrise. The large custom-designed backyard is a true oasis. Enjoy your own private resort featuring a private heated pool and spa for ultimate relaxation, comfortable polywood loungers, large outdoor deck, polywood dining area, Tiki bar and mural by esteemed local artist Gabriel. Feel free to use the Barbecue grill to prepare a delicious meal while the pool toys keep the kids entertained. To make your beach trips even more enjoyable, we provide a beach wagon equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, kids sand toys, beach games, and a beach umbrella. Walk to the nearby beach with its beautiful sand and sun. One of the highlights of our property is its prime location. We are centrally located, just a short stroll to the beach. The Strand District restaurants, Pleasure Pier, and several museums are all nearby. You'll have easy access to all the attractions the Galveston has to offer. Inside the house, you'll find a spacious oversized living area with plenty of seating for up to 16 guest. Enjoy the relaxed yet luxurious "Historic Coastal" style. The living room features two seating areas with two full-sized couches, (both sofa sleepers), plenty of seating for all of your guest to relax and spend quality time together. The living features a 60 inch smart TV with high-speed WiFi, a game table, charging stations and a wide selection of games are also available for your entertainment. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. From a waffle maker and baking pans to designer cookware and a Ninja Mixer, we've got you covered. We provide a drip coffee maker with premium coffee, as well as hot tea, essential spices, and well-stocked cookware. The dining table has seating for 10 and there's additional seating for eight (in door / outdoor) Each of the six full-size bedrooms offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat. The bedrooms were designed to comfortably host 16 guest. Each room was created to ensure each guest bedroom’s provides a private space to relax and unwind after a busy day. The Pelican bedroom features a king-size bed, with luxurious 700-Thread-Count Egyptian Sheets with matching dresser, reading lamps, a make-up mirror, hairdryer, smart TV with U-Tube TV, dome sound machines and ample storage space. The room is bathe in natural sunlight to provide the perfect place to relax during your stay. The Seagulls bedroom features a king-size bed, with luxurious 700-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotten Sheets with chest of drawers, a glam station with a make-up mirror and hairdryer, smart TV with U-Tube TV, charging stations, dome sound machines and ample storage space. The room has a seating area with local books on Galveston history. The Sandpiper bedroom features a king-size bed, with luxurious 700-Thread-Count Egyptian Cotten Sheets with chest of drawers, a glam station with a make-up mirror, hairdryer, smart TV with U-Tube TV, dome sound machines, charging station and ample storage space. The room features views of the pool and backyard. A great place to relax and unwind. The Egret bedroom has a twin bunk bed and one full twin bed. Designed with younger family members in mind the room has a smart tv with U-Tube TV, charging stations, Dohm machine, children’s books and plenty of space to relax and enjoy TV and games. The Herron bedroom features two full size beds with a glam station with seating, blow dryer, make-up mirror and a Dohm sound machine. Bathrooms: The bathrooms have been designed to ensure your family has everything they need for their vacation. Relax in the spacious shower with Moroccan Oil, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Ample towels, washcloths are provided. ensuring you never run out of hot water. The home also features a water softener system and a whole house filter for your comfort. The upstairs bathrooms are stocked with premium Moroccan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in convenient dispensers. Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful with a ton of character. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the owners were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were a great time.

Lone Star Rally 2024

We loved the pool even with the rain. The location was perfect only minutes from everything we wanted to attend. The shower did backup in the upstairs bathroom and there were a few things that need to be repaired but we had a great time. Crown Jewels MC Houston and our Social Club was happy with the overall experience.

Great Home and Stay

We had an amazing time on our vacation! The home is remodeled and everything is very well done and tasteful. There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spread out. The pool and spa are a huge plus! The hosts were very easy to work with and answered our questions prior to arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to have the pool already heated to 85 when we arrived so we could use the pool right away! Overall, it was a great stay at a nice home. Thanks again for hosting us!

Wonderful Home with a Great Pool

We had a great stay at this home! While there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention for safety reasons, overall, the house was fantastic. We stayed with five children, all ages 9 and under, and the pool was a perfect alternative when the beach became overwhelming for them. The home was clean, offered plenty of seating, and the bedrooms were equipped with sound machines, which was a nice touch. The location was within easy walking distance to the Seawall—ideal for adults, though a bit far for young kids. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return!
