Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (both queens), full bath, living room, dining room and a beautifully decorated, updated and stocked kitchen. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have their own ACs so you can really cool things down during the summer!
Downstairs (SEPARATE) is an entertainment (bar) area, full bath, laundry room (with washer and dryer) and 4 additional single beds (one bunk bed and a trundle bed).
Property has multiple TVs with Fubo and excellent high-speed internet (TV and internet cannot be guaranteed).
Outdoor space features covered patio (with view of Gulf) and a fire pit (bring wood or purchase at neighborhood convenience store). Yum smores!!
Owner provides free use of golf cart (operator must have a drivers license and is responsible for any loss or damage). Use of golf cart has an estimated weekly value of up to $600!
Property is pet friendly but please help keep it that way by picking up after your pet. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by pet.
Sea Isle is a wonderful and friendly community. You can use the golf cart to visit the beach, the marina restaurant or food trucks, local bars for drinks and entertainment, the well-stocked convenience store or the neighborhood pool which is open during the summer season ($100 additional charge per week paid directly at pool).
