Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this newly-renovated bungalow in the heart of Galveston, w/ easy access to the beach, popular bars and restaurants on the Seawall, Pleasure Pier and the Strand. Cruise in the golf cart or pedal a beach cruiser around the island for a day of sightseeing or relaxation at the beach. Come home to a clean, comfortable setting to relax on the deck, grill or get out for the eve! Plan your retreat today!
The space
Open concept living private home and fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. Outdoor deck and patio perfect for relaxing around the fire pit or grilling with family and friends. Have your coffee or tea on the front porch with the morning sun with a gorgeous oak tree and relaxing quiet street. All bedrooms have smart Fire Edition tv’s, ceiling fans, central air/heat, and USB ports. A separate living/playroom from the main house with a smart tv, portable bluetooth speaker, wi-fi, table, board games and comfy sofa for hanging out is ideal for your tween or teen. Six beach cruisers and a golf cart on site that seats 4 are available for you to cruise the island. Beach towels, coolers, chairs and other beach necessities provided. Fenced yard, blankets and bowls for your four-legged guests. Free parking on street or inside a private fence. All living on first level, only a 2-3 stairs to get inside.

Golf Cart Rental - an extra fee for rental may apply, a refundable damage deposit and a photo of your DL and Auto Insurance need to be provided.

Guest access
You get the entire house and yard. There is parking on the property inside the back gate and free parking on the street in front of the house or across the street.
Other things to note
-Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances: 5 burner gas stove, French door fridge, blender, toaster, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, wine glasses, cookware. Bath amenities include blow dryer, soaps/body wash, shampoo and conditioner, step for smaller children, 2 sinks with counter space, rainfall shower head and bathtub. Iron and ironing board. Full size washer and dryer with soap.

-The sectional in the house has a pull-out queen bed with extra linens available. The sofa in the playroom also has a pull-out full size ottoman for comfy lounging.

-Please accurately list the number of guests when booking, including children of all ages. This will help me better accommodate your needs while staying. Also if bringing a pet, please note the number of pets and pay the fee at booking.

-Children 2 and older are counted as one guest.
