Beautiful Beach House, private bch, Modern and Comfortable furnishings

A beautiful, custom beach house built in January 2021 and located in The Pointe West development. Furnished with brand new, top of the line appliances and contemporary furniture. Furnishings, linens and decor are all brand new so there's no need to worry about dirt, grime or germs. The kids have their own GAME ROOM with their own 65” Samsung smart TV so that you and the adults can relax and enjoy the comfortable living room without any distractions.

Our beach house has a spacious, wrap around deck with views of the beach and the bay. The beach at Pointe west is wide and spacious and vehicles are not allowed. It’s also very private and not overly crowded even in the summertime. It's a short 3 min walk to the beach or pack up your gear and go fishing on the bay or at one of the community fishing piers and ponds.

Since the beach is the main attraction, we have provided some beach gear for your convenience - 8 beach towels, 4+ beach chairs, 2+ beach umbrellas, a small cooler and a wagon. There’s also sand toys and floaties for the kids. (All we ask is that you rinse and place the gear back in their spots. We will charge you for any missing or damaged gear - $25 for each towel, $50 each for chairs, umbrellas, cooler and $125 for the wagon.)

The Beach Club offers an infinity pool, hot tub, kids pool, game room, fitness center, pickle ball and basketball courts, gift shop and restaurant (Restaurant and gift shop are closed during winter months.) There’s also a Lazy River Pool (which is heated during cold months) and a hot tub on the Bayside of the property.
There’s a one time fee of $25 per person paid directly to the Beach Club office for access to all these amenities during your entire stay. (4 and under are free.) You can rent a cabana at the Beach Club and also rent bikes to take a ride around the neighborhood.

Rent a golf cart from one of the local companies and take a short ride to the San Luis Pass to fish or enjoy the beach out there. There are endless activities to enjoy on this property.

Our home is set up for family vacations and friendly get-togethers. No large parties, prom, graduations or weddings at this property. Small, house-trained pets are allowed (35 lbs or smaller, 2 max). Please let us know breed and size of pets when you book. We reserve the right to reject your booking based on breed and size of pet.

*There are 3 outdoor cameras installed on the property which are used for security and check-in purposes only. One camera is pointed at the driveway, one camera is pointed at the outdoor, ground-level stair entrance and one camera is pointed at the deck/patio/front entrance.
