The first floor also has a half bath, a laundry room with sink, full size washer and dryer, and a bunk room that sleeps 6 people in 6 custom built-in twin extra long beds with stairs. Each bed has its own reading light and electrical outlet. The bunk room has a 55" smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bunk room also has beach view and direct access to the decks. The elevator is available with additional fee. It becomes very handy when you need to carry luggage, groceries upstairs, or it is a necessity if you have elderly in your party.
The second floor has four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and 55" smart Sony TV. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and a full size beds. You can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, have a barbecue with your family and friends, relax on the hammocks, or play some games for fun. There is 240V, 50A NEMA 14-50 outlet for Tesla and other Type 2 EV chargers with dedicated parking in the garage (charging cable is not provided).
The driveway can park 6 cars, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Additional parking is on overflow parking of the subdivision located at the end of the street.
This home also has 2 dedicated workspace with desks and office chairs, 1GHz high-speed internet, so you can stay connected and productive during your stay.
