● Beach Access: Short walk to one of Galveston`s most relaxed beaches in the Sea Isle community, with Gulf views from the top level of the home.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. No street parking and parking under the home is not allowed.

● There is NO SMOKING allowed IN OR ON the property.

The first level of this Galveston vacation rental welcomes you with a bright, open-concept living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen — designed for easy gathering whether you`re whipping up a beach-day breakfast or winding down after a long day in the sun. Two bedrooms are also located on the primary level, including a fun bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a second bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks — a kid favorite that comfortably sleeps the whole crew. A shared full bathroom rounds out this level. Upstairs, two private king suites each feature their own en-suite bathroom, offering the perfect retreat for parents or adult couples traveling together.

One of the biggest highlights of Beach Escape is its prime Sea Isle location. You`re just a short walk from one of Galveston`s most relaxed, family-friendly beaches, and you can catch peaceful Gulf views right from the top level of the home. The Sea Isle community also offers easy access to the community pool, marina, and restaurants, plus you`re just a short drive from the Galveston Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and the historic Strand District. Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a friends` getaway, or a long weekend by the coast, Beach Escape gives everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. There is no parking allowed under the house.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- The left side of the gate needs to be always locked, please do not attempt to open.
