Bayside Memories is a three bedroom home with one full bathroom upstairs and two outdoor entertainment areas. The boat house upper deck is furnished with a dining table that seats four people where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

The upper front porch has a bistro table set that is perfect for that morning cup of coffee.

The downstairs entertainment area features two tables, each with seating for four and a (charcoal) barbeque grill. There is a nice food prep area with lots of countertop space and a sink with running water to make your grilling enjoyable.
There is also a walk-in shower downstairs in the bathroom located inside the bonus room (no A/C), which also features a sitting area, a washer/dryer, and refrigerator freezer for guest use.

The HUGE yard (this is a double lot) is fenced on 3 sides, with the canal on the remainder of property line, giving your pets and children plenty of room to run and play any outdoor games you might want to bring. It is highly recommended to bring life jackets for children and pets, since the canal side is fully open to the water. The driveway is gated, and can park up to 3 vehicles.

The Master bedroom has access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with a walk-in shower, a queen size bed, dresser and sitting area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, sitting area and access to the bathroom as well. The third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, with a seating area and television and DVD player. Bedroom linens are provided, as are bath towels. Please bring your own beach/outdoor towels.
The living room displays a 55 inch HD television with 2 sofas and a love seat and has amazing views of Galveston Bay from the large bay window. The kitchen is fully furnished with an island that features seating around it. The kitchen offers utensils, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker (coffee not provided) and much more. The entire home is a laid back, relaxed, fishing-cabin style home, amazing for getting away from the stress in life!
A Ring doorbell camera and spotlight camera are located on the property for security purposes only. These devices are not actively monitored during rentals.
The home is located in the Sea Isle subdivision on the private west end of Galveston Island. Sea Isle is the most popular subdivision on the island due to its many popular amenities. Sea Isle is the only subdivision that has a fishing pier that goes a hundred yards into West Bay! In addition, it has a marina, small store, bait shop, sandbar grill restaurant, a second white table cloth restaurant, tennis courts, boat ramp, private beach parking and swimming pool. (The swimming pool is only open between the peak season of Memorial Day and Labor Day; Guests can purchase a pool pass directly from the Sea Isle Property Association; located next to the pool area; pool passes are good for up to ten guests for one week at a cost of $100.). The Sand Bar restaurant is popular for many west end folks with karaoke on Friday nights and entertainment on Saturdays. There is even an occasional fishing tournament held at the marina.
