The Space:
Upstairs, discover the heart of Baycation Galveston: a spacious open-plan living area bathed in natural light. This inviting space features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Adjacent, the dining area offers ample space for meals, seamlessly flowing into a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Guests can easily prepare their favorite meals or snacks. Three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms complete the upstairs. The King Room offers a king-size bed, providing a comfortable and restful space. The Queen Room provides a cozy retreat with a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or individuals. The Twin Room offers a single bed, ideal for a child or individual guest. Downstairs, a private room awaits, featuring a queen bed and a bunk bed, along with a full bathroom, providing additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families. Both upstairs and downstairs, you'll find outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and the beautiful Galveston weather. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh. Internet access is also provided, so you can stay connected during your vacation. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors. The property also offers fishing gear and kayaks for your enjoyment, providing opportunities for fun and adventure on the water.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the private entrance leading to the upstairs main living, dining, kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry area and outdoor seating area Downstairs guests will find the private room, full bathroom, and find additional outdoor sitting area. As a guest of Baycation Galveston, guests also have access to 3 kayaks, fishing poles and gear and a charcoal grill.

Getting Around:
Terramar Beach is a West End Galveston resort community that provides proximity to natural attractions like wetlands and bird sanctuaries, along with easy access to other Galveston Island attractions via a short drive. Public beach access is only a 3 minute car ride and the community pool is only a minute away.

Other Things to Note:
What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!

Interaction with Guests:
Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.. Only after the rental agreement is signed, will the arrival information be sent out (3 days prior to your scheduled arrival).
