As you walk in the front door, you'll notice a fairly large family room with two couches, sofa chair and entertainment area complete with flat screen TV. As you walk through the house, a large dinning room table which will sit all guests is featured on the left. This leads into a full kitchen which should have most everything you will need to whip up meals and entertain. ( even a margarita machine )

The primary bedroom is also located on this floor and provides a king sized bed, walk in closet and full bathroom.

A door leading from the kitchen to an expansive deck to which a BBQ pit and outdoor seating is available.

Once downstairs, you'll have access to storage space, a full bathroom and laundry room.

In addition, there are two large rooms both with king size beds and closets. One bedroom has it's own full bathroom.

Lastly, the outside provides a private parking area and covered patio for entertainment.

Guests will have access to the entire property ( minus a maids closet )
