"We loved this property. It was perfect for 2 couples who are long distance friends both visiting our kids for OSU parents weekend. The location is awesome! The place is very nice with very cute decor and super comfortable beds. I loved the extra towels and treats. The only thing I would say is that the main living area should have a small table and chairs and more places to sit in the living room. The larger bedroom could also have a chair and / or luggage rack. Overall it was a perfect place...

"Great house and lots for the kids to do!"

"The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

"Everything was nice! Loved that everything is walking distance. I would say that the bed is hard, it’s a nice bed but I have a bad back so I prefer a bed that is softer, other than that, it’s perfect."

"The good: the house had been HGTVed and was attractive inside, and the photos were accurate. Owner was responsive.To be aware: rough area of town, across from Section 8 housing (neighbor was outside with no pants), and garage is VERY tight for two cars. Plus the promised sofa bed is a blow up mattress.The bad: amenities were lacking. Literally no kitchen tools, so guests should not plan on cooking (or even reheating pizza, because no cookie sheets). There was also a dearth of blankets."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location with Alezah as our host. It is perfect. She has such attention to detail. Very responsive to any questions and fixes any issues ASAP. Such a homey, comfortable place with access to so much nearby."

"The host was extremely responsive and communication was excellent! The location was minutes from Ohio State University and basically everything you could want in terms of places to eat and things to do. We were only in town for one night, but the place was nice and included free parking that was just a very short walk away. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place close to Ohio State or downtown Columbus. "
