apartment is located on the top floor of a condominium with elevator.
The rooms are large and spacious, furnished with care, exuding harmony
thanks to the bright and shining white that stands out against the blue
sea on the horizon.
Attico Barca has an entrance to a large living room , from which one passes to the living room with table and chairs and a balcony overlooking the sea. Next to the living room is the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. Completing the attic are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a designer bathtub and TV.

Attico Barca is located in the center of Gallipoli,
on the fifth floor of an apartment building overlooking the sea and the
harbor, from which you can enjoy exceptional panoramic views. Located on Corso Roma,
it is just a stone`s throw from the historic center, the castle and the
Greek fountain, all the most attractive places in the city center.
The beaches of Gallipoli,
both those towards Lido Conchiglie and Padula Bianca, and the beaches
of Baia Verde up to Punta della Suina, are a handful of kilometers away,
just 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is Purità, nestled between the ramparts of the historic center, just 700 meters from the house.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom.
- The balcony facing the outside is not suitable for children.
- Tv only in the living room.
