"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. "Very french in style and with a splendid view over the mountains. Kind staff and a fine breakfast buffet. We used it as a base for touring Northern Israel and it was a bit irritating that the pool closed at 6pm when you returned late in the afternoon and wanted a cooling swim. The pool attendent seemed too occupied with cleaning the pool and leaving at 6pm exactly."

"Vi fik værelse i den nye del. Hvis man skulle kunne sidde på wc skulle man max måle 160 cm og veje 60 kg ellers kunne benene og kroppen ikke være der og man var nød til at sætte benene op i badekaret for at kunne være på toilettet."
