Set near Gaiole in Chianti, the apartment is in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region. Guests will find excellent restaurants, wine shops and a small COOP supermarket nearby. Radda in Chianti, the historic Castello di Brolio with wine tastings, and the open-air Parco Sculture del Chianti are all within easy reach. Just 2 km away, the village of San Sano offers a local bottega and a traditional restaurant.

This charming stone-built villa features a terracotta-paved courtyard, a traditional pizza oven, and a cabana offering a generous, sheltered seating area for al fresco dining. Just above the villa, the infinity pool enjoys sweeping views, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.



The apartment is located on the first and second floors. A private balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the surrounding landscape. Inside, original Tuscan features such as terracotta floors and beamed ceilings blend with elegant furnishings, modern bathrooms, French-style beds and linen-covered armchairs.



The owner lives on the ground floor but fully respects guest privacy and is happy to help when needed. Bikes can be hired onsite and delivered directly to the property, making it easy to explore the surrounding countryside at your own pace.
