"Unreal, memory-making stay here! The location of this home on Lake Lanier has to be one of the BEST options around. We had smooth water and no crowds on the weekdays and weekend. The secluded dock and cove is perfect and safe for kids to swim and your boat to be tied up without getting bashed around. The house is so well-equipped. The owners have gone above and beyond and it means a lot. Sonos sound system throughout the house! Vitamix blender (not a crappy $20 Walmart one)! They didn't skimp on...

"This was just minutes away from family having a get together. It was nice to be able to get away & have a quiet place to wind down. The lake was beautiful even after a significant amount of rain right before we arrived. Cozy, yet roomy. Our flight had been delayed & Tony had even checked on us to be sure all was ok. That was sweet. 😊 Would stay again & highly recommend."

So many people have commented on the limited seating in the living area, but no one has mentioned that the seating isn't very comfortable for older people. "The house was amazing! The doc was so much fun. Everyone in our group loved every minute! We rented kayaks through the property manager. It was easy and inexpensive. The property manager was always communicating and friendly. This was one of our best vacations."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better rental house. Everything you would want was there and more. Even my grandchildren loved the roominess of the house and outside the fishing was great. "Taking our crew on annual trips mean we have experienced many different homes. This year was hands down the BEST! We couldn’t have picked a better place. "Firstly this house is the best location to stay if you are going to a wedding at Lake Lanier islands. It was 6 min from the house to anywhere on the island. Also we were thankful to be greeted by some brownies. The house itself had everything we needed and it felt like I was home all the time and made things easy. The backyard was so peaceful in the mornings as we did our Breakfast and enjoying the weather. Thank you for keeping the house clean and ready."

"We ended up needing to come to town for our nephews graduation. This location was perfect for us and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. "The hotel is new and it has a good location. However, the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Besides, the breakfast service is a Starbucks dispatch counter / kiosk, instead of a hotel breakfast, as I expected. I had booked a room including breakfast, but the hotel staff could not see it in my reservation. It's not the first time that I have this issue with Hotels.com, which appears very deceiving and unreliable. "
